What kind of recruitments have you done?

We have wide experience of recruitment, from developers to truck drivers to CFO’s. However, we are most comfortable within tech organisations, government, and med-tech companies. You can find examples of our previous clients our page "Cases".

How long does a recruitment process take?

Normally, a single recruitment process takes around 6 to 8 weeks. A lot of this depends entirely on the role and your needs, however. We adapt our recruitment process to our customers and we are always up for a challenge!

What recruitment tools do you work with?

We have worked with everything from excel sheets to fully equipped ATS systems like Teamtailor. Besides that we work with smart scheduling tools, reference tools, digital personality tests, and many more tools.

How much does it cost?

We charge hourly or per project, depending on what fits best for you. On average we would say that we are at least 10-20% cheaper than others. Contact us to get a personalized offer.

I need help only with a few parts of the recruitment process, do you do that?
