Rolf is our business mastermind, seamlessly shifting between strategic thinking and tactical execution. His structured approach and unwavering commitment drive success, whether he's crafting strategies or getting things done. Outside work, he enjoys gaming and spending time with friends.
Julia is the team's sharp analyst who recognizes different aspects of challenges and is driven to improve communication at the workplace. When she's not working, you'll find her at the gym powerlifting, eating ice cream or taking a nap.
Ellen is the team member with a keen eye for maintaining a healthy working environment. She stands out as our champion of inclusion, ensuring that everyone's voice is heard and valued. In her free time, you can find her singing, working out or eating tacos.
Calle is our technical recruitment maestro, with a deep understanding of interview techniques and processes, and an ability to go the extra mile for business growth. In his spare time, you can find him out exercising or capturing the action with a camera in hand.
Isabelle is the one making things come together. She has impressive interior design skills and managed to transform our dull office into an inspiring and cozy oasis. When she is not working, she is studying to event manager, traveling and going on different adventures.
